Evolytion of African in clothing is difficult to find because the evidences are lost.Until mid 20th most of African clothing

culture didn't find.The information about how the Africans are drees up?,what they wear? are fonud this time.Africa consist

of many cultures.Clothing was not neccessary for warmth in most of the African continent due to the warm weather.Many people

didn't wear any dress instead they decorate their bodies with paints or scars.In Africa evidence shows that the first

material used in clothing is bark cloth and animal skin .However,it is unknown the origin and utilization of these material.

Later many cultures in Africa develop the weaving techniqes to produce the beautiful clothes. Cotton and Raffia were common materials which are used to weave fabrics.In the begining the first cloth is woven by hand and later weaving devices were created to make more complex dresses.In many cultures man and women were working together ,men woving fiber and women decorate it.Some other type of cloth were also created by some other groups.Each culture try to create thei unique style

clothing.Some groups use their fabrics to create the wrapped clothing styles,other cut and sewed their fabrics into dreese,shirts,skirts and loose trousers.Loose fitting robes were worn by many cultures in Africa.

The traditional African dress alredy decided, but the problem was that we donot know about them and other forms of dresses due to the lost of evidences.We even dono't know the origin of these styles and the ways through wich they change their styles.

The little idea about their clothing revolution was that in the ancient time when they started to trade with each other tkey were incorporated with clothing styles as they inspire from the clothing fashion of each other culture.The example of this trade is that the popularity of tiny glass beads bring to Africa from Europe in 15th century.As the likeness of beads inhanced they started to decorate their dresses with beads and created beaded skirts,headdresses,capes and even shoes also.This beaded

style spread everywhere in Africa and it start to attract African people of every age.In many groups of Africa this beaded style become the tradition .Furthur contacts with other countries like European countries ther are also new trends .The European items were first combined with old African styles .But now it is very common to see people in AFRICAN shirts , jeans ,tennis shoes and other outfts.Now a days Africa become popular in fashion

In Africa the black colour is the sign of beauti.The more you black the most you beautiful in Africa.The didn't like white colours .White colour is the sign of uglyness in africa.
